The LABUSA Open Hybrid Cloud strategy is a mix of open-source technology, on-premise devices, and cloud computing infrastructure deployed to align with clients’ business operations.  The unique approach spreads IT resources across different infrastructures for security and redundancy while enabling a community of support to prevent lock-in to proprietary technology.

1. Can you help me with Website Design?

We leverage the Drupal Content Management System (CMS) for our website design projects.  You can pick from a design template, provide sample sites, or just let us know how you want it and we will get started on it for you. Our design team will work directly with your staff in first understanding look, feel, the short and long-term goals of the site, and design a site that meets your needs.

2. How do we communicate throughout the website build?

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial discovery meeting to discuss the requirements. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email or video conference calls. This makes the process a lot easier to document and save all of the information. Once we have finished the project, we will book you for a training session, if needed, for self-support of your website.  Otherwise, our team will manage all your site updates and discuss ways to communicate changes.  

3. What if I don’t want to manage the website at all. Can you do it all for me?

Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs. This can range from 1hr per month to 10 hours per month and we can discuss a package that’s right for you.
